Join Girls Like Golf for our first Hot Barre class at TRU FUSION.

This 45-minute class is designed to sculpt, strengthen, and challenge your body through low-impact movement, core work, light cardio, and stretching all in a heated studio environment.

Whether you’re new to barre or already love it, this class is beginner friendly and made for all levels.
